Here’s an arbitration that was filed over five (5) years ago, finally settled in favor of the respondents. It cost the claimants over two million bucks ($2,000,000.00) and the respondents got expungements to boot. Ya gotta hand it to the perseverance of the respondents and the determination of the panel to get it right.
But had it gone the other way, just think of the highly principled respondents who did not give up the fight to clear their names in spite of the cost
